Endodontics or Root Canal Therapy is the dental specialty that treats the infected nerve of the tooth. Click here for What to Expect during Root Canal. What to Expect Most endodontic treatment can be completed in one visit with virtually no pain at all. After the root canal therapy is completed, the tooth usually needs a large filling (a build up) and a crown. Our General Dentists will restore the tooth after the root canal is completed. Dr. Greenstein personally follows up with his patients after treatment to ensure the procedure was a success and the patient is comfortable. Conveniently located in the same modern office as our General and Pediatric Dentists. Dental insurance usually covers most or all of the entire cost of root canal treatment. |
